Public Policy Process Reform Research Study

Building on the Policy Diagnostic Study Report, Niti Foundation in partnership with Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) and funding from The Asia Foundation conducted research on Nepal's bureaucratic, legislative and non-electoral policy process reform. This research identifies gaps between supply side (government) and the demand side (citizens and civil society groups) in policy making process to address constructive engagement of broader policy constituencies by looking at representation in policy processes. The findings of the research was used to develop policy process framework to capacitate government officials.
