This presentation illustrates the priority set by the eight finance ministers of Nepal from FY 2069/70 to FY 2081/82 through analysis of their budget allocation in different areas of the classification of functions of the government (CoFoG), the recent approach developed to assess the government resource utilisation and its impact. It also shows the link of budget allocation with the priorities of periodic plan, and is especially focused on agricultural sector of Nepal, one of the components of economic affairs.
